EQUIPMENT AND TESTS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE

• IPPP’s Laptop computer – Held by Denise Keenan
• IPPP’s Data Projector – Held by Denise Keenan

Cost for hire of Laptop or Data Projector is $50 each for 3 days (or part thereof), or $75 for both for 3 days (or part thereof).

• Wechsler Memory Scale (W.M.S. 3) – Held by Kym Harris
• W.A.I.S. 4 – Held by Kym Harris

Cost for hire of tests is $40 per 7 days (or part thereof).

Where tests are borrowed, the borrower is requested to advise the custodian of the test if consumables (e.g. recording sheets, etc.) soon need to be replenished (which will be done at the expense of the IPPP).

HOW TO HIRE

Payment must be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the IPPP:

You must show a printed receipt of amount transferred (for the item / test) to custodian at time of collection.

The equipment or test will not be released without the above receipt.

The custodian of the equipment or test may hire the item for 25% of the published rate.
